Rookie Training Academy Products

Talence has a full 50 module Training Academy product that we customise for and brand specifically for clients. The product has been developed and improved over the past 10 years and has been purchase by over twenty-five businesses UK wide. We regularly review the modules and content customising it for clients across most sectors of our recruitment and talent industries.

The Academy programmes are a blend of classroom based learning, role plays, group discussions, and practical ‘at the desk’ tasks and exercises to ensure optimal understanding and implementation.

The full academy product is typically bought by recruitment agencies and talent acquisition businesses that employ 20+ staff who have aggressive growth plans and comes complete with:

  • PowerPoint Slides for each module
  • Delegate Action Plans and Workbooks
  • Trainers notes, guides and planners
  • Managers Dashboard

Recently we have had the request for a “Training Academy Lite” product that comprises of just 30 modules for smaller recruitment/talent businesses that employ 7-15 staff.

As part of the purchase price solution would work closely with you to identify and customise the most appropriate 30 modules for your organisation and integrate these into your business practices and existing material.

This typically takes three to five-days work, with a mixture of both on and off-site development during which time we map the modules on to your internal, systems, processes and pro-forma.

Once we have produced your academy the material would be owned by you and housed on a shared drive such as Google Docs or Dropbox or using a Learning Management System.
