Future Leaders Programmes
Talence deliver a number of four-to-six-day programmes suitable for those who are just beginning their leadership journey or are new to management with less than eighteen months experience.
Whilst the programmes are based around the CMI and ILM Level 3 and Level 5 courses the programmes are fully customised for each clients based upon their teams needs typically following a full Training Needs Analysis (TNA) of the potential delegates.
This fundamental programme, aims to provide an in depth and comprehensive overview of the essentials skills and proficiencies a modern recruitment billing manager needs to know.
All delegates will receive the following:
1. Pre-course work, loaded with actions to get them ready for their development journey
2. 5 interactive and fun classroom based sessions, working with Industry training and coaching experts with over 50 years Leadership and Management expertise from a various of Talent Industry backgrounds including:
a. Agency Recruitment,
b. Executive Search
c. Human Resources,
d. RPO/MSP
3. A complete training manual and set of presentation notes to take back to the desk
4. A full workbook to complete to aid their learning, to be completed at the desk in between sessions
5. In depth feedback to each individual, provided by your expert Trainer
6. Access to your Trainer for the duration of the programme
7. Access to a wealth of templates, tools and pro-forma, to ensure effective and optimal implementation back at the desk
These interactive sessions will be a blend of workshop-based activities, group discussions and group exercises. You will have the opportunity to work with your peers to create new ideas and techniques.
We will also work on an action plan for you to take back to your desks to aid effective implementation.
