Ian Knowlson celebrates 10-year anniversary
After leaving Hays Plc to establish his own growth coaching and training business, Ian Knowlson, his colleagues, and Associate Team are celebrating their 10-year anniversary.
Having helped over 1,000 individuals and businesses across the last decade to achieve their personal and business growth and development ambitions, Ian and the team are poised to enter the next decade under a new brand, Talence, developed to ensure excellence in the future talent markets.
With just under forty years’ experience in the global talent and recruitment sector, Founder and Director Ian Knowlson says, “A big thank you to our colleagues, associates and partners for your help and contributions in making this dream become possible.
“We are all extremely proud of the contributions we have collectively made to the many clients we have supported and lives we have help transform. Many of whom have gone on to be great leaders in their businesses, niche sectors and our industry.
“Transforming businesses and lives and awaken people to their true potential has always will be our primary purpose, since our inception ten years ago”
The past few years have seen major challenges for businesses with Brexit, workplace transformation and more recently, the Covid Pandemic. The contribution of Ian and his colleagues in steering their clients on to growth and success in such turbulent times has been invaluable. Remarkably, every client they have worked with during the pandemic are now more successful than before.
Ian added “With the rapidly evolving demands of modern-day recruitment/talent businesses, it was an ideal time and therefore opportunity to create a new vehicle and image to propel our offering into the new year and ultimately our next decade of trading.”
“Talence are delighted to be able to offer clients excellent talent solutions through coaching, training and recruiting talent into 2022 and beyond.”
